Making Pretzels!!!

Ben has become quite the baker. He loves to help me bake or cook anything. And he is getting to be quite a good helper. We love making chex mix (thank you to Nana for the great recipes--our fav. is the ranch flavored) And we just recently realized how much fun it is to make our own soft pretzels from scratch. And quite Ben friendly as well. :)

Ben likes to try EVERY ingredient. Even when I tell him it won't taste good...he insists. So here he is trying out the flour. Blech!

*** Note: We changed the recipe slightly, after reading some of the reviews. We only used 4 cups of flour, and 3 tsp. of yeast. The rest we did the exact as the recipe calls for. We also sprayed butter on top of the dough, right before we put them in the oven. Enjoy!!!
